Vision: The Central New York District of the Wesleyan Church having its local churches resourced to be centers of compassionate care that are able to help meet extreme human need in their communities and in the natural disasters of the nation and world.

Mission: District churches partnering to assist and enable a local church to respond compassionately to human need arising from a disaster, making the love of God real in tangible ways as personal needs are met, and in so doing enhancing the credibility of the verbal proclamations of Christ.
